Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least an Upper Division, Second Class Honors of UON or an equivalent UON recognized institution.
Bachelors Degree in any discipline with at least a Lower Division, 2nd Class Honors with 2 years working experience.
Bachelors Degree in any discipline with at least a Pass with three years working experience.
Post-graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Senate.
